Bryan joined the board of Sherry FitzGerald Holdings Limited in 2007. He is Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Bryan was a senior partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in corporate finance advisory services until his retirement from the firm in 2004. During his time there, he advised many large and medium sized companies and executed numerous capital transactions in the Irish, UK and US markets.

He now works as a non-executive director and as a business and corporate finance adviser. He is a non-executive director of a number of other companies, including Doyle Hotels (Holdings) Limited, Amdipharm International Limited and Cornerstone Capital Management Limited.
