Clair joined Sherry FitzGerald in 1987 as a sales negotiator and was one of the team involved in establishing the first Sherry FitzGerald branch in Terenure, going on to manage that branch.

An appointment to Regional Director of the Dublin Residential business was swiftly followed by one to Managing Director in 1998. Her breadth of professional experience in the property sector is enviable, having also spent two years working with the fast-expanding franchise network.

A natural leader, Clair was appointed to Chief Operating Officer in 2006, with responsibility for all of the Group's Residential and Mortgage businesses across Ireland. She has played a central role in developing winning business strategies and consistently driving company growth.
