Fintan began his career in the commercial property market in 1989 and was a co-founder of the commercial property advisory firm CS Tierney O'Neill, which was later acquired by DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

He has extensive expertise in providing Leasing and Development Consultancy to a range of institutional and private clients with particular expertise in the area of retail and mixed use development, having advised numerous UK multiples on their entry into the Irish property market, including Arcadia Group Limited, Argos Distributors (Ireland) Limited, Boots, Birthdays, Next and Clarks. Over 13 years on, Fintan continues to act for many of these retailers - a testimony to the personal commitment and interest invested in his clients' business strategy and development.
