Transition Year Program

This week-long interactive program designed specifically for Transition Year students runs twice a year and is open to all secondary schools across Ireland.

Students learn about our company culture, customer service excellence, tips on how to write a CV, conduct an interview and impress their future employers.

The program also incorporates practical estate agency skills, such as measuring a house, conducting an auction and taking photographs. The program closes with an interactive graduation session to which family members and teachers are invited.
