On a personal note, my own fascination with property began as
a 10 year old boy when I discovered an old 1926 Dublin street
directory on the shelves in what was my father's study at home.
It was the discovery of this old directory that triggered a journey of fascination about people and houses. Today, I still treasure this same directory as it led me to a job and a way of life that, despite the stresses and strains of the modern world, still holds a fascination.
