Peter joined DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in 1995, having worked for 8 years in the London property market specialising in the provision of development and Landlord & Tenant advice. With over 22 years experience he is regarded as one of the country's leading development land experts, specialising in the provision of development advice on the appropriate mix, use and design of large scale schemes together with the sale and acquisition of development opportunities.

Peter also has overall responsibility for the Development Consultancy, Hospitality and Business Space teams, advising both multinational companies and indigenous owner occupiers and tenants. He is an Associate of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
