Pat Callanan Property Sales was founded in 1996, has grown considerably in the last number of years from its original base in Athenry and offers the most comprehensive range of property services available locally. Pat Callanan joined Sherry FitzGerald in early 2002 and as a result of his alliance with the Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide network has seen further growth in recent years. Sherry FitzGerald Pat Callanan is directed by Pat Callanan and his wife Eileen. Pat being originally from Craughwell but living and working in Athenry for a number of years, has a great knowledge of the surrounding areas and hinterlands and he is well known in the area.
Pat is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers.
Our office is based in Old Church St., Athenry and is run by Pat along with negotiator, Mike Glynn. Mike is a member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute and has a great knowledge of the areas surrounding Athenry & Loughrea also.
