We're very proud of the service that we offer, which is why we're the only estate agency in Ireland to employ a Customer Experience Manager who surveys our buyers and sellers nationwide. The results are fed back to our office managers and their teams, where they use the information to continually improve service levels. Our latest 2009 results show that:
