We are currently recruiting a Head of Marketing to drive all strategy, development and implementation of the marketing plans for our Irish residential businesses.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop the marketing and brand strategies for the residential, lettings and mortgage businesses, including sub strategies as appropriate
• Develop and execute the web strategy, adjusting where necessary to take advantage of new technology and global trends.
• Implement the marketing plan including all brand and property advertising, consumer POS material, direct marketing, consumer events and CRM.
• Benchmark and measure the performance of all marketing activities.
• Establish an in-depth understanding of the market - consumer needs and business challenges.
• Use consumer research to continuously add value and enhance the customer experience.

• Close liaison with PR department.
• Management of marketing team.
• Manage a number of key relationships with Group partners and suppliers.
• Preparation and management of the Group marketing budget.
The candidate:
• Will have successfully performed at a senior level in a marketing role.
• A demonstrated understanding of best practice in digital and social media.
• Proven creative ability, with a flair for innovation.
• Strategic thinker, who will question the strategic role of all promotional activity and its contribution to the overall marketing objectives.
• Capable of influencing decision-making at a senior level.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
