Sherry FitzGerald Group are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing team with the on-going marketing outputs across the group business. The role will cover areas such as advertising co-ordination, event coordination, managing databases, digital marketing, liaising with branches, distributing marketing materials, supporting on-line updates, residential and commercial property marketing initiatives etc. 

The role reports to the Residential Marketing Executive and assists the wider team with specific items as outlined below. This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to work as part of a multi-disciplined, experienced team working on market leading initiatives. Responibilties 

Advertising Co-ordination:

  • Assisting our design team (in-house and external), marketing executives and marketing co-ordinator with the weekly task of collating and preparing the content of our advertising pages
  • Pulling advertising bookings reports from our booking system
  • Liaising with branches and franchise offices on bookings – via phone and email
  • Preparing & rewriting text and images
  • Liaising with our designers on bookings and content – internal and external
  • Sending out advertising proofs and collating any changes back to design teams
  • Quarterly City & Country magazine – coordinating pages from branches and franchise offices
  • Weekly tracking our advertising and editorial presence

General Marketing support:

  • Assisting with events & sponsorship
  • Assisting on promotion/advertising campaigns
  • Distribution of items to branches
  • Assisting with preparing reports, ppt presentations, pitch documents, database lists, uploading documents to website
  • Assisting the digital marketing team with web and social media campaigns, email templates, reports, etc.
  • Updating social media pages
  • Creating weekly blog for website
  • Maintenance of website

Skills/Qualifications 

  • A good knowledge of  marketing strategy & planning
  • A good knowledge of MS Office packages – specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – high levels of energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills – especially phone and email communication
  • High level of innovation and problem solving
  • Organised and efficient
  • Systematic and logical
