Office Administrator

Sherry FitzGerald Lettings are looking for an administrator to provide a professional, efficient secretarial and administrative support service and to be the first point of contact for all enquiries into the office and be responsible for the day to day management and administration for their busy, dynamic lettings team in Terenure, Dublin 6.

The core role involves but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining enquiry database accurately
  • Providing efficient administrative support, incl typing, diary management for negotiators
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants as required
  • Updating and maintaining website and other portals used incl myhome.ie; daft.ie
  • Updating social media platforms
  • Collating information incl financial reports for monthly meetings
  • Must be flexible and support other reasonable office/business tasks from time to time

The key skills that we are looking for in an administrator are:

  • Previous office administration experience, ideally in the property industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be personable and have strong customer focus and professional management style
  • Basic knowledge of Dublin areas
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office suite
  • Some database (eg Letman) experience would be beneficial but not compulsory 
  • Must be self-motivated, able to multitask and have excellent attention to detail
