Sherry FitzGerald New Homes provide a superior level of service to all their clients - New Homes Clients (developers), purchasers and colleagues (all Cushman & Wakefield, Sherry FitzGerald Residential and Group staff).

The Sales Administrator will be a key member of the team and a professional, courteous, well presented and personable individual is required. New Homes operate within a busy and dynamic environment meaning this role is best suited to a proactive, energetic and flexible person. Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem solving is vital.

Duties to Include 

1. Accounts

  • Allocation of deposits from accounts and updating the applicants file and the property file in RPS
  • Assist with processing of sales bookings
  • Dealing with Developers solicitors regarding time lines for invoices, closings and offer letters
  • Co-ordinate with Marketing, Sales Agents and Accounts to ensure client invoices are issued for marketing charges each month

2. Systems (RPS, MyHome, Daft & External Sites)

  • Management and maintenance of systems as relevant
  • New Homes RPS super user (training ongoing)  

3. Administration

  • Office stationery management
  • To assist with weekend preparations for site activity organising launch details with agents, generating price lists, cancellation lists, stationery, solicitor panel details, and master list, assisting with the preparation of the staff briefs and printing/binding of same
  • Telephone enquiries
  • To prepare the weekly team meeting agenda with updated sales figures
  • Collecting and calculating new homes site staff expenses & hours
  • Dealing with day to day queries from site staff
  • To assist the SFNH compliance representative

4. Training

  • Organise training schedules for new Sales Support staff
  • Explaining the procedures and processes of our systems to employees providing on going guidance and advice

Skills/Qualifications 

  • Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Nitro
  • Excellent RPS knowledge and proficiency required
  • Creative thinking to present all correspondence in the best possible way
  • Highly customer focused and service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • To be courteous and friendly always
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are prerequisites for the position
  • A high degree of initiative is required combined with the ability to work unsupervised
  • An ability to anticipate problems and react accordingly is also desirable
  • A high degree of flexibility in ones’ approach to the role and a willingness to carry out tasks not contained in the job description at the request of management
  • Maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards at all times
  • Adherence to the company manual, policy and procedures
