Purpose

  • Assist the directors in managing the Asset Services business area to ensure service delivery is maintained.
  • Provide value added strategic advice to clients and other internal divisions.
  • Manage, coach and develop other junior team members.
  • Assist in winning new business across all Asset Services disciplines 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Support Directors in developing and implementing the annual and 5-year business plan
  • Manage existing client accounts, build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Lead and co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members in delivering client solutions and sign off on individual projects
  • Cross departmental business development
  • Assist in general corporate initiatives
  • Help to set up structures to ensure efficient running of dept
  • Responsibility for individual projects
  • Liaise with surveyors to develop and promote their knowledge and skill base
  • Represent Cushman & Wakefield values at all times
  • Personally undertake research and market intelligence initiatives
  • Develop close working relationships with other parts of the business
  • New business development and supporting growth of department
  • Provide coaching and assistance for direct reports and / or Junior Surveyors

  • Client satisfaction and / or feedback
  • Completion of key tasks and deliverables to deadline

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree level qualification
  • SCSI/ RICS qualified

  • Detailed understanding of economy, legislation and core property sectors

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in Property & Asset Management
  • Proven track record in specific area of responsibility
  • APC accredited or relevant experience in a number of different business areas
