Key promotions announced in Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield Ireland (formerly DTZ Sherry FitzGerald) have announced a series of promotions within the company.

Aidan Gavin, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Ireland said “I’m delighted to congratulate my colleagues on their recent promotions. Aisling Tannam has been promoted to Director, Offices.  Aisling joined the Offices department of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in 2013 as Associate Director, having worked previously in JLL and Knight Frank.  Aisling was then promoted to Divisional Director in January 2015. She has been involved in significant business wins such as Windmill Lane Offices, D2, The One Building, Grand Canal Street and Dockmill, Barrow Street.

 

Clive Roche has been promoted to Divisional Director, Investments. Clive is a very experienced property professional, having started his career in the family business before taking up a role with Colliers International in London 2006. Clive returned to Ireland in 2010 and set up his own business before joining DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in March 2013 as an Investment Advisor. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2014. In the last three years, Clive has been involved in transactions such as Elmpark, Dublin 4, Project Arc and Beaux Lane House, Dublin 2.

 

Ian Galbraith has been promoted to Divisional Director, Valuations & Advisory. After graduating from DIT in 2006 with a Property Economics degree, Ian worked in CBRE before joining DTZ Sherry FitzGerald Limerick in August 2009 as a Surveyor. In September 2013, Ian moved to the Valuations and Advisory department in Dublin and was promoted to Associate Director.

 

George Saurin has been promoted to Divisional Director, Valuations & Advisory. George studied Property Economics in DIT, graduating in 2005. He worked with Colliers International for 8 years as Head of Professional Services, before joining DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in September 2013 as an Associate Director. George is currently Chairman of the SCSI Valuation Professional Group.

 

Cora Murphy has been promoted to Associate Director, Property Management.  Cora studied Property Valuation and Management in LIT, graduating in 2005. She previously worked in Wyse Property Management as a Senior Property Manager from 2005-2013, before joining DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in February 2013 as a Property Manager.  Cora has been instrumental in helping to win key instructions.

 

John Donegan has been promoted to Associate Director, Development Land. John graduated from DIT in 2009 with a degree in Property Economics. He joined DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in 2010 as a Graduate Surveyor in the Valuation & Advisory Department where he worked for two years before moving to the Retail department and subsequently Development Land department in a senior surveyor’s role He has been involved in handling several high-volume instructions and won the award for best referrer of business in Cushman & Wakefield for the first six months of 2016.

 

Sandra Fitzgibbon has been promoted to Associate Director, Retail. Sandra studied Property Valuation and Estate Agency in GMIT, graduating in May 2005. Her first role was with Spain Courtney Doyle and subsequently went on to work with Sonas and Dublin Simon Community. Sandra joined DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald in November 2015 as a Senior Surveyor in the Retail department and has worked on a number of key projects since then

 

Cushman & Wakefield also announced the promotions to Senior Surveyor for Laura Cullen and Ollie Conway, both Valuations & Advisory and Patrick Kiersey, Offices.  Jill Geraghty has been appointed to Senior Investment Analyst, in recognition of the role she plays in the Investments team.
