Louise has over 11 years’ experience in the Retail market, providing both Landlord and Tenant advice. Since joining the company in 2006 Louise has been involved in all aspects of the retail market and in particular providing specialist advice on the letting and asset management of shopping centre developments. Previously Louise worked with BTW Shiells gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in the retail market.

Recent Experience:

Louise is responsible for the letting and asset management of over 12 shopping centre schemes throughout Ireland to include Golden Island Shopping Centre, Athlone, Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick, Swords Central, Navan Town Centre, Laois SC and the Monread Centre, Naas.
On the Tenant side Louise is responsible for the Vodafone portfolio in Ireland to include acquisitions, disposals and asset management. She also represents Next in their Irish disposals.
In more recent years Louise has worked closely with receivers and banks and is currently working as the asset manager of Poppyfields Retail Park in Clonmel, West City Retail Park, Ballincollig and Lakeland Retail Park, Cavan

Qualifications:

  • Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (MSCSI)
  • Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • BSc (Hons) Property Surveying – University of Ulster
