Ronan joined the company in 2006 having begun his career in London working in the West End Offices team of Cushman & Wakefield. In London he worked with a diverse range of landlord and tenant clients such as Shaftesbury Plc, Standard Life, British Land and Code London. On his return to Dublin, Ronan has continued to work with a diverse range of clients, mainly in the area of tenant representation.

Recent Experience:
Ronan has been involved in the acquisition of both Facebook and LinkedIn’s European Head Quarters in Dublin. From initially identifying suitable options to negotiating a deal through to lease completion, Ronan was instrumental in the entire acquisition process for both companies. He was also a central figure in the recent lease re-negotiation for Ernst and Young in the Harcourt Centre, Dublin 2.
Ronan has provided strategy and acquisition services to a number of national and international companies including Macquarie Bank, Lloyds of London, Dechert LLP, Yahoo!, Murex, Ernst & Young, Facebook, LinkedIn, GenRe and Capita.
