Aisling joined the company's Business Space team in early 2013 having worked for the previous 8 years in both Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle. Aisling has worked with numerous national and international clients on providing strategic property advice to both tenants and landlords on the sale, leasing and acquisition of commercial property.

Recent Experience:
Aisling has recently completed her third acquisition for Guidewire; a US based software company who’s European HQ is located in Ireland. The advice provided allowed for flexible lease terms in ‘Plug and Play’ accommodation to allow a growth from 1 – 150 people in the same location over a three year period.

Aisling is also currently advising on a large scale refurbishment of a prime city centre office property extending to in excess of 150,000 sq ft and a proposed ‘design and build’ city centre office scheme with scope for 200,000 sq ft of accommodation.
Aisling has also recently acted for clients such as Paddy Power, Verizon, Pioneer Investment Management, AIB, Nuance and Ulster Bank.
