Patricia has over 14 years’ experience working as a Chartered Surveyor in both the Dublin and Regional Commercial Markets. She has acted on behalf of clients, and has advised them on all aspects of commercial property. Patricia relocated to the Galway Office in 2004, and has since built up extensive experience in providing Leasing and Development Consultancy to a range of institutional and private clients on all faucets of commercial property. Of late, she has been involved in advising various receivers, borrowers & banks on property values and strategies to realise and enhance values. Through her Masters in Planning and Development Patricia has had huge involvement in providing strategic advice to a wide range of clients.

Recent Experience:
Patricia is currently working with Receivers on a range of asset types, advising on strategies (involving leveraging Sherry FitzGerald market research) in order to maximise asset values. Patricia has also worked on behalf of various banks and financial institutions. She has valued a large proportion of the west of Ireland NAMA held properties; in particular in Galway City and surrounding areas. Patricia has also worked on a number of the large portfolio Business Plans which are required for the NAMA transfer and has provided strategic advice as part of the process.
Patricia was the lead project manager on behalf of the Multinational Client, EA Sports, to source and secure a new European call centre in Galway.
Patricia acted on behalf of the landlord MJ Conroy & Sons on the largest design & built office facility for Hewlett Packard extending to 87,979 sq ft Research & Development Headquarters. The facility will house software R&D, cloud innovation and business services for HP worldwide.
