Linda is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in professional services and has over 15 years’ experience in the Dublin and regional commercial property markets. She commenced employment in AIB Bank Property Department in 1998 where she was involved in acting on behalf of the bank on all aspects of commercial property. She subsequently joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2000 where she gained further experience in property valuations, rent reviews, investments, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
Linda joined the Galway Office in 2002 where her role is predominately to head up the professional services element of the business including freehold and leasehold property valuations, both individual and portfolios, development appraisals and rent reviews.
Linda has extensive experience in the valuation of all sectors of commercial property. She has valued both institutional and private portfolios. She has worked on behalf of various receivers, banks and financial institutions valuing a large number of west of Ireland properties for NAMA accession, secured lending, restructuring and for strategic advise purposes. Valuations covered all types of properties including residential, retail, offices, industrial, hotels and development lands.
