Peter is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with a broad range of Consultancy and Agency skills, acting for both Vendors and Occupiers across a broad range of properties, including Investments, Offices and Retail.
Peter currently heads up the Advisory Services/Financial Solutions Division of DTZ Cork with other colleagues reporting directly to him in respect of the various sectors of the market.
Peter also has specific responsibility for all foreign direct investment (FDI) and occupier services within the office and is an established expert in this area.

Recent Experience:
Peter has worked closely with Financial Institutions, Accountants and other property related professionals in providing strategic advice in relation to Asset Recovery, Property Management and Disposal Advice for Companies such as AIB Bank, Bank of Ireland, Ernst & Young, PWC, O’Callaghan Properties, Shipton Group and NAMA. Recent project experience includes providing strategic advice and sales strategy in relation to the disposal of a variety of commercial and residential assets, including Development Land.
