John’s clients include financial institutions, property companies and a number of national and international corporates. John has advised global companies on maximising value from surplus properties ranging from offices to manufacturing plants.

Career Highlights:
Aldi (Ireland Ltd.) John has provided acquisition advice to Aldi for the past decade. In addition to acquiring retail sites he was responsible for the acquisition of a €50 million distribution centre in the mid-west region. Dell: Disposal of a 40,000 sq m Manufacturing facility in Limerick City UCB: Disposal of a 9,290 sq m office in Westpark, Shannon Co. Clare. Financial institution: Disposal of a 12,000 sq m retail Park investment on Limerick City.
