George Hanley is the Head of the Valuations Department in Cushman & Wakefielf Limerick. George is a Chartered Surveyor with in excess of eight years commercial property experience. He has worked across a broad range of property spectrums including Property Management, Investment Agency, Valuation Advisory and Banking.

Recent Experience:
George commenced his surveying career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2005 where he worked in their Property Management & Capital Markets Departments. In 2010 he joined Rooney Auctioneers & Chartered Surveyors in Galway as Senior Manager. In 2011 George moved to the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation where he worked as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor on both Project Phoenix & Project Dawn.
George’s professional experience extends to all aspects of commercial property market including agency, valuations, rent reviews, and lease renewals.  In his previous roles George provided disposal and acquisitions services to a number of Asset Management Funds.  He has also provided strategic advice to a number of Pension Funds including Aviva, Bank of Ireland, Irish Airlines and IPUT.
George joined DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald in October 2013.  His core clients include Allied Irish Bank, ACC Bank, Lloyds Bank, Ulster Bank, Certus, IBRC & NAMA.
