It may be the perfect property in the most magical location but there are a couple of things to think about. How long will the commute be to your chosen location, will it be a feasible distance that you can comfortably cover on a Friday evening drive? The last thing you want is to add to your stress levels by facing a long drive which will leave you tired en route to your country escape.  How much outside space comes with the property? Think maintenance, do you really want to spend your leisure time armed with a pruning shears and lawn mower?

THINK LONG-TERM
