Irish Residential Market Summer Review 2016

The average value of residential property in Ireland rose by 1.4% in the second quarter of 2015, bringing the growth in the year to date to 2.7%. This is largely consistent with the house price growth of 2.8 recorded in the corresponding period in 2015.
