The Irish industrial market saw 106,600 sq m transact across the four regional centres in the third quarter of 2016. This brought year to date activity to 239,500 sq m, a decrease of 61% on the same period in 2015. Dublin continued to absorb the most significant share of activity, with varying performance levels in the Cork, Limerick and Galway markets.
