The following report provides a comprehensive research analysis of the Irish student accommodation sector. It includes a review of third level student demographics, a supply and demand analysis of student accommodation, and an overview of development activity in the sector.

Third level student enrolment numbers in Ireland have grown steadily over the past quarter of a century, with an ever increasing requirement for a third level qualification to enhance employment prospects. Forecasts suggest that this trend looks set to continue for the coming years. Findings in this report have shown that supply levels of student bed spaces are currently critically low.
