The site is considerable in size and backs onto Belgrove schools and Clontarf GAA club.

Around the corner you’ll find the village centre of Clontarf with shops, restaurants, boutiques, every available amenity required which brings you down to the seafront which leads you down to the Wooden Bridge, Dollymount Beach and the nature reserve of Bull Island. Named by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve, it is the only biosphere reserve in a capital city in the world. For sporting enthusiasts the location doesn’t get much better - locals enjoy walking, running and cycling along the promenade. There’s also Clontarf GAA club, Clontarf Rugby & Cricket Club, Hockey Club, two Tennis Clubs, Sailing and numerous well known Golf Clubs.
