Colm Byrne

With almost 20 years’ experience, Colm is a highly regarded New Homes specialist and has sold over 50 New Home projects, both large and small throughout the Greater Dublin area. Colm re-joined Sherry FitzGerald New Homes in 2017 after 15 years, having first worked in the company between 2000 and 2002. Moving into residential development in 2002 he worked with Menolly Homes before moving to Temple Construction in 2004.

In 2009 Colm founded Guardian Property, a specialist New Homes and Property Management business which was later acquired by Jones Lang La Salle in 2015 to establish its first residential platform in Ireland.
With expertise in property development and New Homes/Residential agency, Colm has strong valuation and project management skills. Colm has held senior roles in a number of property agencies and development companies, where he has specialised in sales, acquisitions, development services and strategic property advice.
