Macdara Heaney
Junior Economist
Macdara joined the Sherry FitzGerald Research team in 2022 following his master’s degree, completing a thesis that analysed the determinants of property prices in Ireland. In his role, Macdara undertakes research into property markets at both a local and national level. He is skilled at data analysis and identifying economic trends. Macdara’s experience extends to the residential and agricultural land markets, while also contributing to the Sherry FitzGerald New Homes division. Macdara also contributes to Sherry FitzGerald’s periodical publications in his role.
