21.15 acres makes exceptional price

Another exceptional price achieved by Sherry FitzGerald O’Leary Kinsella for agricultural land today with the sale of Ballinamonabeg, The Ballagh, Enniscorthy. A residential farm which achieved a price in excess of €23,300 per acre. The land was sold by online auction with competitive bidding in increments of €10,000 and €5,000.

Commentating on the sale James Kinsella stated:

Demand for all types of agricultural land continues to strengthen with bidding and interest from both farming and non farming interests. The price achieved shows there has never been a better time for selling land and Declan was glad to report that the online caution platform facilitated bidding from both local and with interest from abroad.
