Latest Daft.ie Report

Daft.ie released there 4th quarter update today and Wexford had the lowest price increase from Year on Year of 0.3% in the country. Of course this is coupled with the fact that daft also reported that Wexford has one of the lowest stock (houses available for sale) in Leinster. The average price of a home in the county now stands at €279,518.

In the last daft report in Quarter 3, houses prices were reported to have increased by 3.6% from the previous quarter in 2022.

In summary, while prices havent increased at the levels seen in other counties, Wexford prices have been continually holding their own, while stock is down 6.75% in this quarter but it is still higher than this time last year, with an increase of 26% from 2022. For those thinking of selling, now is still a good time to sell, with very little stock for buyers to choose from.
