101 High Street Kilkenny Sold By Public Auction today by Sherry FitzGerald John Rohan and Savills was a prime investment property. Superbly positioned in the heart of Kilkenny city at the junction of High St and Rose Inn St, the property comprises a three storey over basement end of terrace building c 345 sq m and was sold with sitting tenants Ladbrokes and Swans Chinese Restaurant. The auction which was held in The Ormonde Hotel , Kilkenny was well attended with several parties bidding  in the hope of a successful purchase. The property which was marketed with an asking price of €1.1 m sold for a figure of €1.6m as a result of competitive bidding from a busy floor.
