Administrator - Sherry FitzGerald Lannon

Sherry FitzGerald Lannon are looking for an administrator to provide a professional, efficient secretarial and administrative support service to their team in Drogheda and be the first point of contact for all enquiries into the office and be responsible for the day to day management and administration. 


The core role involves but is not limited to:

  • Providing efficient administrative support, incl typing, diary management

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries, meeting and greeting customers

  • Maintain effective systems for electronic and paper filing, information retrieval and file archiving

  • Updating and maintaining website and other portals used incl;

  • Administration of marketing campaigns

  • Updating social media platforms

  • Updating and managing window and brochure displays

  • Must be flexible and support other reasonable office/business tasks from time to time 

The key skills that we are looking for in an administrator are:

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must be personable and have strong customer focus and professional management style

  • Have a genuine interest in the property industry

  • Must be self-motivated

  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office suite, some database (eg Reapit) experience would be beneficial but not compulsory 

  • Ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail 

  • Be fluent in verbal and written English

  • Need a good fixer, problem solver and someone who uses their own initiative.
