David began his career in Dublin with one of the major firms working in valuations and commercial agency. He then moved to BNP Paribas Bank working in various fields from property to leasing and credit card management. He moved to the company in 2004 and joined the Office Agency Department, where he remains to date. He has advised a wide range of national and international clients, both in acquiring and disposing of offices specialising in out of town locations.

David was a key figure in the sole/ letting of 100,000 sq ft in Q House, Sandyford. David has provided services to a number of national and international companies including Harcourt Developments, Baxter Healthcare, Kerry Group, Heatons, Harvest Financial Services, Boots, Nestle, PwC, Tesco Ireland and Vodafone.
