Sean graduated with a degree in Real Estate Management in Oxford in 2005 being presented with the award for outstanding achievement in professional practice training.

He joined DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald in 2005 where he worked in the agency department in the Galway office and was responsible for both acquisitions and disposals on behalf of major clients on a number of schemes along the Western Sea Board.

In 2009 Sean transferred to the Valuations Team where he was involved in advising borrowers & banks in the loan accession to NAMA. As market conditions evolved Sean move back into his agency role providing Asset Strategy and Disposal Advise to clients on all aspects of commercial property throughout the West of Ireland.

Sean has strong experience in all aspects of the business in particular on the agency side of the company.  Sean has strong experience in both letting and acquisition work and counts Tesco and Connacht Gold amongst his acquisition clients.

  • Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
