Situated on the fringes of Dun Laoghaire, Royal Terrace has long been regarded as one of the most salubrious addresses in the area. Positioned within this picturesque square of beautiful Victorian homes, Royal Terrace House, once the Glebe House, is an imposing double fronted two storey over garden level, detached residence which stands proud peering out over the central four acre railed parkland.

Laid out over three floors, the accommodation offers great flexibility. The hall level is currently the heart of the house with a luxuriously large kitchen/dining room with a Dalkey Design kitchen and its dual aspect affords it great natural light.
