Ronan started his career in Hamilton Osborne King (Savills) in 1988 and spent 25 years with that firm until he joined Sherry FitzGerald in Autumn 2013. Ronan is one of Ireland’s most experienced and well known new homes and residential specialists and during his career to date has advised many of Ireland’s leading developers, on some of the most significant development projects undertaken in the state.

Ronan was Head of the Residential Division in Savills and was responsible for other divisions within the residential context including marketing of International Project Marketing, Residential Lettings, New Homes Sales, Golf & Leisure Projects, Second-Hand Residential Estate Agency and was instrumental in the set up and running of Savills’ Residential Asset Management Platform.

Ronan is a Director of Sherry FitzGerald New Homes.
