About the Area

Sutton is an attractive residential suburb of Dublin's Northside, at the base of Howth Head. There is a small commercial core at the Sutton Cross. About 12km from the city centre, it is served by the main road from Dublin to Howth, the DART suburban rail system, on which it has its own station, and Dublin Bus route 31 and its variants. The original village of Sutton was situated on the city-facing (south-western) side of Howth Head, where there are today housing terraces and a small harbour, but the area is now centred on Sutton Cross, where there are two shopping areas, one anchored by Superquinn, and the Marine Hotel.

€340,000 - Asking Price|3 Bedrooms, 117 sqm approx

Following the success of the recent launch, we currently have a small selection of homes available for sale.

The Closter is a very attractive 3 bed terrace or end of terrace house extending to 117 sq.m. or 1,266 sq.ft. this house has an attractive reception room to the front of the property with a large kitchen-dining room to the rear of the house with double doors leading to the back garden. On the first floor are three good sized double bedrooms, the master is en-suite and there is also a further family bathroom on this level. All the houses are concrete built and will come with fully fitted high gloss kitchens, high quality wardrobes and fully fitted bathrooms and en-suites.

Careful consideration has been given to the layout of Castlechurch, which is a small scheme and the houses have been strategically positioned to enjoy the best aspect, privacy and views over the generous landscaped green areas. The design consideration continues internally with extra-height windows cleverly placed to maximise sunlight, and an exceptionally high standard of features offered as standard. Front facades will be finished in traditional high quality brick and render, which is ideal for the 2 storey design - an increasingly rare house type to find in an A-rated New Home. A particularly attractive feature of this Newcastle location, is its position opposite the Motte and Bailey which served the historical Norman Castle (thought to have given Newcastle its name), the remains of which can still be seen today. This unique village setting also belies its convenience with journey times to Dublin city centre often less than 40 minutes by car. Castlechurch is just a short commute to the Citywest Campus Luas Red Line, approx. 15 mins from the M50 and easily accessible to the commuter train at Adamstown/Hazelhatch train stations.
