This three bedroom cottage with almost three acres of good quality land and a number of excellent outbuildings is located in a tranquil countryside location just ten minutes’ drive from Westport town.

The cottage has a floor area of approximately 120 sq m/1,292 sq ft and was originally built in 1966. Since then it has been renovated and extended a number of times to a high standard. The most recent addition is a sun room, built in 2010 and positioned to catch the sun throughout the day. During its construction the roof of the main building was replaced and the chimney stacks were replaced in 2016. Double glazed windows and oil fired central heating have been installed, the walls insulated and the attic doubly insulated.

The yard has been recently tarmacked to provide ample parking. To the side of the house are a number of outbuildings which would suit for a variety of uses. All are in excellent condition with new non-drip roofing installed and have electricity and water supplies.
