Over the last number of years, Sherry FitzGerald New Homes have undertaken a number of significant PRS disposals to include The Grange, south county Dublin (275 units), Tallaght Cross West, Dublin 24 (442 units) and Project Turner (Nationwide, c.575 units) together with a number of off market forward fund / purchase transactions in locations such as Hansfield, Dublin 15 and Citywest Village, Dublin 24 (total GDV of approx. €680m). We have also acted as development advisors on a number of high-profile development sites such as City Blocks 3 & 9 in Dublin's north docks (360 units & 420 units respectively), Sandyford Central in Dublin 18 (462 units) as well as undertaking master-planning roles in locations such as Bray Town Centre (approx. 2,000 units).
Prior to joining Sherry FitzGerald New Homes, Ross worked within Harcourt Life Assurance Company (“HLAC”) as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager. Whilst at HLAC, Ross managed a portfolio of assets across Europe and the US, implementing various asset management strategies as well as managing the disposal process of approx. €500m of Real Estate in both asset and SPV disposals. Before joining HLAC Ross worked with CBRE as a Valuer and Project Leader and DTZ Sherry FitzGerald as a Development and Retail surveyor.
Ross has spent c.17 years working in the Irish property sector and has gained significant general agency experience across all sectors with a specific focus on investments, land and development.
