During the COVID-19 crisis we have tailored our Lettings business which means our landlords can continue to find excellent tenants without having to leave the house.

On receipt of the keys to your property we will arrange for BER assessment to be carried out, organise remedial or decorative works and if required arrange for a photographer to take professional photographs to ensure the property looks its best prior to the launch. 

Once your property has been launched to the market, we will then conduct virtual viewings online with prospective tenants until we find the right tenant for you.

We can then complete full reference checking, contract signing and rent/deposit payments remotely which gives both the landlord and tenant the security of a new tenancy.  Before the new tenant moves in, we will carry out an inventory of your property and arrange for key collection while observing social distancing rules.
