1 Full Letting and Management Service
Our detailed, comprehensive letting and management service looks after every aspect of lettings for you. From the moment we get the keys to your property, we begin marketing to, and securing the right tenants. We’re by your side right throughout the tenancy until moving-out day. From maintenance and inspections to rent collection and regulatory concerns, we’ll handle everything for you.
You will no longer have to worry about missed payments with our rent collection service and we’ll ensure you get paid on time every time. No more awkward conversations with your tenant as we will deal directly with them, ensuring less hassle for you. Throughout the tenancy, we’ll keep you up-to-date with regular rent statements ensuring you are always in the loop when it comes to rental payments.
As a landlord, you may want to avoid dealing with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) where possible but on occasion, you may need to engage directly with them. And for these times, you want an experienced advisor in your corner that will represent you both in correspondence and in person. We’ll work toward the best possible outcome for you and ensure all compliance, legal and regulatory aspects are considered too.
2 Letting Only Service
On your behalf, we’ll look after the marketing of the property, including arrangements for any works that would help maximise your rental return. We’ll conduct viewings and assess tenants for you, right down to reference checks. As part of this service, we’ll also draft and prepare all relevant paperwork relating to the tenancy and manage the transfer of utilities in to the tenant’s name for you.
