Sherry FitzGerald Commercial is pleased to announce the appointment of Bobby Lloyd as Director of Development Land. Bobby brings over 25 years of experience in the property industry, most recently serving as Director and Head of Land & Development at BNP Paribas Real Estate Ireland.

The team acts for all stakeholders, including landowners, developers, public sector entities such as NAMA and the LDA, approved housing bodies, funders, and corporate and restructuring advisors.
Bobby Lloyd holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University, London and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In his new role, he will oversee the development land division, focusing on strategic growth and strengthening client relationships.
