Description
This stunning stone built home is set on just under 1 acre of mature manicured grounds which enjoys a tranquil rural setting yet it is within easy distance of Navan town and major road connectivity. The property is set back into the site and is accessed via electronic gates and a gravel drive leads to the house and garage. Upon entering the house you are greeted with a generous hall filled with light, all of the rooms are generous in proportion and the practical family layout is evident with bedrooms and bathrooms on one side and living areas on the other. There are a number of mature beech trees at the entrance and a well maintained laurel hedge adds to the privacy of the site, there is also a cobble lock patio area and path at the rear to enjoy the sunny aspect. Properties of this calibre in this condition rarely come to the market and we expect great interest when it comes to the market, early viewing is advised.

About the Area
Navan (Irish: an Uaimh) is the county town of County Meath. In 2011, the town and its environs had a population of 28,559. Navan has rapidly expanded with the Celtic Tiger to become a large dormitory town due to its proximity to Dublin. The town has a freight only railway line which passes the former Navan railway station. Navan was a railway crossroads, with the GNR(I) line from Drogheda to Oldcastle and the MGWR line from Kingscourt to Clonsilla (on the Dublin to Sligo line) passing through the town, connecting at Navan Junction. Navan is also served by several bus routes.
