25 Glendine Drive
Seapark, Abbeyside
Dungarvan
Co Waterford
X35 FP70
Description
Internally, in need of renovation, the property has the potential to have a cosy interior. The lounge is the most spacious room in the house and has an open fireplace with back boiler and large window to the front. The largest bedroom to the front has a fitted wardrobe while the other two bedrooms are to the rear. The kitchen/dining room requires a new fit out but is of reasonable size proportionate to the house.
Externally, the property has an enclosed rear garden with side access.
This is a most mature area of Abbeyside and one where complete privacy is guaranteed. Located within walking distance of Dungarvan town centre, a local Centra is also closer at hand for those small necessities. Local schools are also on your doorstep while a short drive will bring you to Clonea beach.
Bungalow's in this area rarely come up for sale and this is the perfect property for those starting on the property ladder or someone that is downsizing. Viewing is highly recommended. OFCH.

About the Area
Dungarvan (Irish: Dún Garbhán) is a seaside resort town and harbour, situated on the N25 national primary road and the R672 and R675 regional roads. The nearest airports are Waterford Airport, which is 50km away and the larger Cork Airport, which is 80km away. Dungarvan is at the mouth of the Colligan River, which divides the town into two parts. Dungarvan Harbour as such is formed by The Quay (on the town side) and The Causeway. Outside the harbour, a 3 km sandbar, "The Cunnigar" defines the western limit of the 4 km-wide Dungarvan Bay. There is a well-maintained concrete slipway in Dungarvan town, suitable for launching vessels up to eight metres in length. Moorings are usually made available to visiting yachts by Dungarvan Harbour Sailing Club, often free of charge.
