Sherry FitzGerald Group announces four key appointments
Sherry FitzGerald Group has announced that four respected figures in the Irish property market have joined the company from Colliers, following Colliers’ decision to exit the residential and country homes market in Ireland and focus exclusively on the commercial market. . Their appointments further strengthen the Group’s expertise across its residential, country homes, and valuations divisions.
Marcus Magnier joins the Country Homes team as Director, bringing over 50 years of experience in the Irish country property market. Throughout his distinguished career, Marcus has advised on many of Ireland’s most significant country house and estate transactions. His appointment further reinforces Sherry FitzGerald’s leadership in this highly specialised sector.
Catherine O’Connor has been appointed Associate Director within the Residential business. With over 30 years of experience in both new homes and second-hand residential sales, Catherine has been involved in many significant property transactions over the course of her career. She brings a wealth of market knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven record of achieving outstanding results to her new role.
Callum Bain joins the Residential Valuations and Sales teams as a Consultant. With more than 30 years of experience in the Irish property market, Callum has developed deep expertise across the country house, agricultural, and rural property sectors, advising clients on valuations, consultancy, and negotiation matters, including compulsory purchase orders.
Paul Sherry joins the Group as a Consultant in Business Development. A Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in property sales, acquisitions, and asset management, Paul has held a number of senior positions across the industry and has managed a broad range of commercial and residential projects throughout his career.
