In line with expectations, investor activity in the Irish investment market eased considerably during the first quarter of 2023 as rising borrowing costs took their toll. The residential sector was the key driver of investor spend during the period, accounting for over half of capital turnover, followed by the industrial sector which accounted for just under a fifth of total spend.
