Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship

Our apprenticeship programme runs for 2 years and starts in September.

The Auctioneering and Property Services apprenticeship program is a two-year program that is designed to support school leavers and mature students in a property services career. It is a combination of on the job learning for four days a week and one day a week in college. On completion of the two-year program, the apprentice is eligible to apply for a Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) license.

The application process is directly through the institution, however once you are accepted on the course you will need to find an employer to work with while completing this course. Sherry FitzGerald partners with these institutions in supporting students during this apprenticeship programme.

This would involve working weekends on a rota basis.

We have offices in Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway and we offer the apprenticeship in these locations.

Testimonial

Cian Kelly: I had an incredible experience completing the Apprenticeship program at Sherry FitzGerald. Working with the top agents in Dublin allowed me to expand my industry knowledge beyond what I expected when I started two years ago. The support from my colleagues and management has been amazing, and I am excited to see what opportunities are ahead for me.
