Expertise in advising and delivering innovate corporate real estate strategies, investment, development, and asset management strategies. A member of the Senior Management Team that transitioned Cairn Properties Ltd to Cairn Plc, he spent 5+ years with responsibility for investment and asset management. Prior to joining Sherry FitzGerald, he was a Director of Rohan Holdings Limited. Brian brings his experience of transacting complex real estate transactions and working with senior management teams and boards to help clients achieve their optimum results. He has led some of Ireland's most high-profile property transactions that have shaped the future path not only for the companies themselves but the residential sector.
