Maurice joined Sherry Fitzgerald in 2017 and has over a decade of experience in the Irish property sector. His expertise spans residential property, valuations, franchise management, business development, and strategic advisory services. He currently works on large-scale valuation projects for corporate clients with substantial residential property portfolios, as well as government and semi-state bodies, private investors, pension funds, and financial institutions. He also supports property businesses and franchise owners across Ireland, advising on business growth and strategic initiatives across the Sherry Fitzgerald network. In addition, Maurice provides new homes support to franchise members, assisting with development presentations, pitches, market analysis, and sales strategies, while also supporting commercial property opportunities in conjunction with Sherry Fitzgerald's exclusive international partner, Knight Frank. Prior to joining Sherry Fitzgerald, Maurice worked in the legal sector with a focus on conveyancing, giving him a strong understanding of the property transaction process. He holds a B.A. in Economics & Politics and a Master's in Business Management.
